We had the good fortune of connecting with Allison Kierman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Allison, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I care about my clients. My goal is to create a relationship and atmosphere where my clients feel they can share their family story with me. I listen and incorporate the story and the client’s wishes into the estate plans I draft. I also take the time to explain the legal documents to my clients in a way that they will understand. I want all my clients to feel confident in their plans and relieved that they have protected their families in the event of an emergency.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I started my firm in 2017 to offer personalized, confidential estate planning and probate service to my clients. I assist with trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, and medical directives. I also help after the loss of a loved one – everything from probate filings, to trust administration, to determining how to distribute jewelry. My clients know that they can reach out with any question and I will do my best to listen and offer advice and legal counsel.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My ideal weekend food tour: Brunch at Morning Squeeze, happy hour on the patio at Elements at the Sanctuary, and fine dining at Cafe Monarch. In between dining, we enjoy taking guests shopping at Kierland and the Quarter, and to check out the outdoor art in Old Town Scottsdale. The new Museum of the West is also a showstopper. If it’s not 110+, hiking is a must. Our favorite trails are at Lost Dog Wash.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I am so thankful for and want to give a huge shoutout to the women of The W Source. The W Source includes women from all businesses and we meet monthly to share business strategies, marketing tips, and offer support and encouragement.
