We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela Baba and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angela, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
What habits do I think helped me?

For me — saying “Yes” and going all in. Being successful to me is being passionate about what you are doing—finding enjoyment in the journey. There will be plenty of highs and lows, but being present and saying yes to learning, being uncomfortable, and showing up when you don’t feel like it; finding the discipline to have a schedule that combines your habits together; having a healthy mindset and creating time for yourself (for me it’s waking up early) being alone to journal and workout.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am most proud of and excited about growth., the journey. It has taken me many years to understand the enjoyment of the journey because, in reality, that is why we do it! Where I am today comes from the “want” to continuously grow, learn, and to become a better person. The journey has never been “easy,” but 100% worth it and essential to get me to today. In this journey, I have learned to lean on loved ones, to hire coaches, look at the people that are doing what I want to emulate, and to implement that.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Arizona is so beautiful! We would go to Wickenburg, have lunch at Nichols West, and go shopping downtown Wickenburg. Some of my favorite shops are “Serape Bleu” and “Creations in the Thread,” and many more fun shops! We would take a horseback ride in the desert and hike Granite Mountain Hotshots Memorial. We would also have drinks on the patio at “Jake’s Spoon.”

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Husband, Mom, Mother In Law, Ava- the ones that say “go for it” and “Why not.”; who tremendously help put in the sweat from the behind the scenes. Many Coaches. Most recent read is Atomic Habits by James Clear
