We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Cherry and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Consistency. Slow and steady wins the race. I keep showing up from a place of love and service for the families I serve!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a family photographer that specializes in creating warm, authentic, and genuine family photos serving the areas of Pinetop, Greer, Flagstaff, Sedona, and Arizona National Parks since 2013.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My service area includes Pinetop, Greer, Flagstaff, and Sedona. My demographic is families. My answers would depend on the season, but I’ll drop recommendations below: Slide Rock in Sedona in the summer or anywhere along oak creek with littles! Short easy trails in Sedona for the whole family to enjoy at any season! Tlaquepaque arts & shopping village center in Sedona. Flagstaff is so beautiful to visit in the fall with the peak of the changing yellow Aspens! Visiting Snowbowl Ski Resort is a fun adventure for the whole family and so picturesque! Our family enjoys lunch at Beaver Creek Brewery and I enjoy the local brew Red Rock Raspberry featured at the restaurant. Greer is beautiful to visit at any season! I love eating at Rendevous diner with my family and enjoying to visit the hummingbirds during monsoon season July/August. We enjoy visiting the creeks and adventuring off roads around the area of Greer, Mount Baldy Wilderness area, and Big Lake! Pinetop is another destination that is wonderful at any season and just so happens to be my home base! Our family enjoys Pinetop Brewery, Charlie Clark’s Steakhouse/The Orchard, The Picnic Basket, and The Truck Stop (during opening season)!
