Hi Audia, can you tell us about an impactful book you’ve read and why you liked it or what impact it had on you?
The Courage To Be Disliked

It made me realize that the glass can be half empty or half full, it’s up to me to decide my outlook.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
1. I started writing resumes for friends, and one day a friend encouraged me to write on the side part time.

2. Writing comes pretty easy, but working with people was not so easy for me because I’m naturally an introvert.

3. I overcame challenges by talking to God. He sent me a tribe to keep me encouraged and a mentor to keep me in alignment with my writing goals

4. I’ve learned to let my price be the price. I have a skill and now know its value is key. Not every potential client will book me and I’ve learned that’s OK. I used to take it hard. Lowering my prices to get a sale, but confidence in my skill set was key and set the tone for my value. If you don’t value yourself, who will?

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
1. Relaxing getaway: Hawaii this place is paradise, serene, and a great place to relax. My favorite destination. I am what are you doing?

2. A place with an interesting history: Mauritius, this island is not only beautiful but rich in history., it’s a fusion of Africa and India- which is an interesting mix.
Definitely want to check out
Le Morne mountain and the story around why it’s called Le Morne. The island also has an amazing phenomenon called an underwater waterfall that can only be seen by seaplane. Absolutely stunning.

3. Weekend getaway: St. Lucia. this is where I would go if you are able to take a weekend trip to the Caribbean. the topography is amazing with jet black sand beaches. The colors on the volcanic island are absolutely vibrant and the French influence is definitely worth experiencing.

4. Culture experience: Goa, India. Besides, it’s beautiful beaches. This city is influenced by the Portuguese, which is an interesting mix with the Indian culture.

5. Luxury: Nice, France. if you want to experience luxury with beautiful Mediterranean beaches and old-school European charm, you’ve got to go to Nice.
