We had the good fortune of connecting with Blaire Lometti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Blaire, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I started this business when Covid shut down my events for my non profit. Whenever I help a client buy or sale I give back 10 percent to a local family or charity of my clients choice. We have been able to help so many families thanks to my clients choosing me.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started a non profit called Happy Mommy Hour. Where we helpful d local families with a financial struggle. We started doing events where the families received everything we profited. There are so many families who need help and I couldn’t keep up. So I buckled down and got my real estate license. Becoming a realtor I wanted to give back to the community, not just help families find their perfect home. That’s when I came up with the 10 percent. I pay and they choose the local family or local charity. Real estate is always a roller coaster but so far I am enjoying the ride. I work daily, and am extremely driven. What drives me is making people happy and knowing when we close we get to bless someone in need. My non profit is called Happymommyhour so that’s when I came up with the name Happy mommy Realtor. The two really go hand in hand.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I had a week to have you fall in love with Tucson. It would be Stay at the hacienda del Sol. Boutique hotel with history. A few spots to dine el charro del Rey, wildflower, vivacious, king fisher, and Maria’s in green valley. For a fun bar go check out the roof top at the graduate or grab a drink with a bunny at the jack rabbit. If you need a blow out color, or massage you have to hit up modern beauty bar. It’s my favorite place to get pampered head to toe. If hiking is your jam, go up to madera canyon, Sabino canyon, or good ol Tumamoc. I love road house for a movie you can lay down and relax. Than for some family fun hit up top golf or our local zoo,
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shout out to my husband for supporting me in this process. He basically told me I couldn’t keep giving all our money away. So he helped me with the kids while I got my license. He’s been my supporter all the way. Also a shout out to Rita Dicky for helping me with my hair. We all know I can’t do my own hair and without her I wouldn’t be able to do all the commercials I do. She’s also referred me out more than anyone else.
