We had the good fortune of connecting with Bradley Chavez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bradley, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I believe risk taking is very important and necessary on the road to many achievements, but when I say that I mean take smart and knowledgable risk, not go gamble your savings account on a casino on a Saturday night hoping to win it all! Risk taking is the foundation of something new and possibly something bigger. If you know how to handle your risks and learn from them throughout success or failure, I don’t think someone could ever go wrong by taking them. The biggest risk some people take and don’t realize is School, people pay thousands of dollars to get a degree and risk all that money for a degree in a career they think they want while risking the possibility that they may never even get that career after receiving a degree for it or let alone actually like the career they chose. Risk taking has played a huge role in my life and career, If it wasn’t for risks I wouldn’t be anywhere close to the man I am today, new investments, new opportunities, and new cliental all came from risk taking.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a Realtor with West USA Realty and have hung my license with them for the last 5 years. What I have learned throughout my career is how important it is to choose who you with. I’ve had the opportunity of helping and representing a number of buyers and sellers who all had a story to share about how a previous Realtor had misrepresented them by either not making them, or, their needs a priority. What makes me different from your average realtor is simple, I don’t look at my career as a job because it’s something I wake up to and love every single day. I love helping and guiding people the right direction on some of the biggest life investments they’ll probably ever take and I take every single transaction very personal because I know much of an impact it is to their life. I work 24/7 for my clients, theres no clocking out of something you love, if my clients needs me I am there! I grew up in a family filled with Real Estate investors so I grew up hearing, talking, and learning all about Real Estate. My biggest struggle when I first started was always my age, people automatically assumed I was not as experienced because I was younger and thought maybe I wouldn’t be able to represent them as well, however that simply changed once these clients started seeing how I worked and once I started finding them and explaining to them solutions no one else had presented them with in the past. I would like the world to know that me and my team are here for you and your family and we are here to represent you the way you should be represented!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would first take them to West Gate and have them try some crawfish at Hot N Juicy, and if it’s around Football season I would also take them to a Cardinals Game so they can get the full West Gate Experience after a Cardinals Win! I think some of our most exciting places here in the city include West Gate, Downtown Phoenix, and The Scottsdale Quarter. However, if we wanted to do some traveling I would definitely take them to view the beautiful hiking trails on the Red Canyons in Sedona and possibly take them to the famous Antelope Canyon and then finally conclude by visiting the Grand Canyon.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I can write a book of everyone I owe a shoutout too, but if I had to keep it short I would start off with my family for always showing me nothing short of love, support, and guidance to keep moving forward. I am blessed to have such a strong support team behind me, everything is easier when you’re close to the people you work with and I wouldn’t change a single thing about that.
