We had the good fortune of connecting with Brittany Palma and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brittany, how does your business help the community?
Being owner and Designated Broker at 1st Heritage Realty gives me access to a leadership role inside the office and in our community. Every home sold, I ensure we donate to an organization. We sponsor several youth sports teams, stay active with animal and environmental focused missions, women empowering women, and we sponsors families in need during the holidays. I use my real estate success to serve my community with time and financially.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I love being a local Arizona company that’s been around for almost 45 years. Real estate is a very rewarding profession because I get to educate people on their largest financial purchase, as well as educate them on how to pay that mortgage down, and have financial freedom. My team is amazing and we all work very hard to keep our clients informed, stay available, and over communicate throughout the entire process. We build a relationship that goes beyond the transaction. We are a hub for referral partners, renovation ideas, and a source for financial information. I’ve been successful because of the coaches I’ve hired along the way. I’m a forever student and I study the market. I’ve had some hard lessons along the way but I kept my head down to keep moving in the direction of my goals. I love helping people and I love real estate. As a former athlete, I understand hard work and practice is key to being successful.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take a friend visiting to local restaurants like Flora’s for breakfast or Prep and Pastry for lunch. Obon Sushi & bar in the downtown area to eat sushi for dinner. We would go shopping at farmers markets too! I’d make a trip into Ruckus Room to work out then stop into Coffee Exchange or Cartel on my way home. We would try to catch a UA game but first stop into ATL Wings on 4th Ave for some wings and drinks!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I truly appreciate all my family members, friends, mentors, and business coaches. Without your support and guidance, I wouldn’t be able to educate as many people about finances or give back to our community at this level.
