We had the good fortune of connecting with Caitlynn Driggs and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Caitlynn, how does your business help the community?
One of my favorite things about photography is helping others to feel comfortable and confident with themselves. Taking photographs allows the world to see diversity and understand the beauty each person has and that is so cool to me!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Photography is how I express myself. It excites me and makes me feel alive! I put in a lot of effort to finding unique locations and try to create a new concept for each person that I shoot with. My goal is always to create a look that makes each individual feel like they are their best self! It has taken effort, change, and commitment to become confident in my own work and I can truly say that I am! Photography has taught me that you can create whatever you set your mind to if you are willing to sacrifice and invest in yourself. My brand is an example of growth and future growth. Everyone grows at their own pace, so “just keep growing”.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Arizona is great, lots of fun things to do and see! A definite must do is going to eat at In N Out Burger, there’s just something about it that is so good. We would go spend some time at the lake swimming and paddle boarding, or going on an early morning hike. And for night life I enjoy bowling, going to the movies, or riding scooters down by Tempe Town Lake.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank my parents for buying me a camera instead of a phone back in 8th grade and encouraging me to just try using it! I had no idea then how much it would mean to me now! Grateful to all of my family and friends who support me today.
