We had the good fortune of connecting with Chanda Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chanda, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Without a doubt…the most important factors behind my success is being humble, and my drive and tenacity. I truly believe there’s no obstacle I (or anyone else for that matter) can’t overcome. If you’re willing to do the hard work, you can achieve anything! I’m always in a state of learning new things, and sharing what I learn with others! I think it can be very fun and exciting in the initial phases of deciding to venture out and start something of your very own, but once you get in the thick of it understanding that there are times where nothing is going right and you truly want to give up. Deciding to keep learning and pushing forward is what makes you successful!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I created Mrs. All Pink Everything because I wanted a space that supports positivity for women. I want us to get comfortable with feeling good about ourselves and not letting outside factors determine how we feel about ourselves! What sets my brand apart is I am truly being myself. It’s a very “keeping it real” format, so I don’t just show the good/glam parts of my life… I open up and share struggles that I am having in the hopes that I could help someone else who may be going through the same things! Getting where I am was definitely not easy! The influencer/blogging industry literally changes by the minute, so you always have to be in a state of learning something new, and pretty much always being outside of your comfort zone. I’ve learned to just embrace that feeling and go with it. I’ve also noticed once I just lean into that uncomfortable feeling, before I know it, I’ve mastered what I thought was so impossible, and am now on to the next challenge! I want the world to know that I created this to be a blog that all women can relate to, and I also wanted to give a real snapshot of my life and my interests. This includes fashion, fitness, tasty recipes, relationships, decorating, and entertaining. I am most proud of the fact that my brand is set up to create a safe space for women to support, share, and build each other up. Uplifting women is paramount and I am willing to help and give back to other women who are reaching for their dreams too!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
OK…. now that I’ve lived here for over a year, I’m super excited to share my favorite spots! 1. Wine Girl Scottsdale – It’s a cute “girly girl” wine bar, totally a girls night out vibe! 2. The Scott Resort & Spa – I’m obsessed with this resort. It’s simply stunning, and if you want all the IG worthy pics, this is the place to go! 3. Papago Park – This place is absolutely stunning. It’s the perfect day date! You can pack a picnic and just enjoy the beautiful lake 4. Sugar Bowl – This is the cutest ice cream shop/restaurant, and my most favorite… the entire restaurant is PINK!! 5. Postino Wine Cafe – Hands down the best bruschetta and the best happy hour!
