Hi Charleen, how does your business help the community?
Blue Watermelon Project is a grassroots group of chefs, educators, farmers and activists that advocate for good food in schools

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Chef and co owner of FnB Restauant. I was asked to come visit Echo Canyon School over 12 years ago to participate in the very first Chef in the Garden. This is where the seed to Blue Watermelon Project was planted.
