We had the good fortune of connecting with Chris Birky and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chris, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
I work with clients 1on1 to help them experience peace now even in the midst of their chaotic world. We then work on anchoring and integrating that peace into their day to day experience. This person then goes into their daily experience being more peaceful so each person they interact with they invite the other person to feel a little more peaceful just by their presence. And then that person is giving their presents of peace to each person they see. Google says the average person interacts with 12 people each day. You can quickly see how helping 1 person find more peace can rapidly grow into dozens of people experiencing a little more peace in their day. And this is how the world experiences more peace 1 person at a time.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Growing up with an alcoholic parent was always challenging because I never knew what person I would meet that day. Always walking on “egg shells” not to make my dad mad. Although, my parents did their best in raising me and my siblings, they were emotionally unaware and extremely angry. At a young age being legally Emancipated (disowned) by my dad led me to believe life is angry. And love was given through anger.

From anger to stress, spiraling into addictions, avoidance of feelings, suppressing affection, running from everyone I cared about and victimhood on every turn. I was a lost soul who was driven by a belief of being abandoned, unloved and unworthy of anyone, especially myself.

I had no idea where to begin nor was I even aware of how messed up I was. Until, I was in car accident with no seat belt on that flipped 6 times and I survived without a scratch on me. After this crash, I had this weird pull to purchase a book. This is where I used Audible’s 1st Free purchase for a Joe Dispenza book. And my healing began.

I quickly adopted some of the teachings combined with some of my own ideas. Transformations began to form quickly and my friends started to ask what was happening. My family disowned me for a short time during this process as I was becoming “unrecognizable” from who I used to be. I began finding other teachings that resonated and started to combine all the teachings with my own ideas. Unknowingly at the time, the beginning of my own healing process that is now called Letters of Transformation – A Bridge to Healing. Fully recognizing I was gifted the ability to assist others in their healing journey with a full awareness that the other person had to be willing and open or it couldn’t work.

The biggest take away would be that if you are WILLING then you will find a way to overcome the mental traps and invite peace into your life right where you are at just as you are!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in Sedona, AZ and each time I have guests I show them a similar itinerary and it would go as follows…

Day 1. Payson Diamond Hunting in Payson, AZ then Mexican restaurant
Day 2. Montezuma Castle – Montezuma Well – Pizza night
Day 3. Hike to Native American Ruins – Meditation – Offering to our ancestors – Home Cooked Meal
Day 4. Shopping – Coldstone – Mariposa restaurant
Day 5. Relax during the day – Stargazing at night – Colt Grill and BBQ
Day 6. Go to Flagstaff and check out all the shops and mountain scenery – Chinese night
Day 7. Buddha beach in Sedona – picnic – hike to Cathedral Rock
Day 8. Good bye

Nature is one of the best gifts we all have to experience daily

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Bear – my mentor. His guidance and nudges to push through the adversity and long days has been a miracle. He has guided me in my struggles and helped me become clear about how to most effectively serve my clients and the communities they go back into. With Bear in my life I feel like I have an Army of blessings behind.
