We had the good fortune of connecting with Christine Gentry and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christine, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
It has been 10 years now as a Chef and Caterer and my business has shifted. I became a Mom to Identical Twin Girls almost 4 years ago. Balancing being a Mother and a Business Owner has it’s rewards and challenges. I thankfully have a great Nanny Monday through Friday. I also have Sous Chefs that execute most of the actual on site dinners we conduct. Which in turn allows me for me to stay home and be with my daughters more often than not.
What should our readers know about your business?
I’m a Personal Chef and Caterer that specializes in Dinner Events, Corporate in Home Dinners, Birthday’s, Baby Shower’s, Anniversaries and Intimate Weddings. We work for clients that rent out high-end rental homes. Families, Couples, Friends that come to vacation here in our beautiful State. I have had the joy of servicing Celebrities, Sports Players and CEO’s
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would start at The Royal Palms Spa and have facials, pedicures and massages Followed by Dinner at Ocean 44 and conclude the evening with drinks at Toca Madera We would then spend the weekend in Sedona at L’Auberge
