Meet Craig Filicetti | Co Owner of PitchCom and professional Magician

We had the good fortune of connecting with Craig Filicetti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Craig, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I went school at ASU to become and electrical engineer and then got my MBA. I worked locally at Microchip Technology leading many of the new product development teams. I dreamed of having my own shop one day where I could design my own products and consult. I also had a passion for performing magic.
I feel I have entrepreneurial spirit and mindset of taking calculated risks, embracing challenges, and seeking opportunities for growth and innovation. It was a combination of passion, expertise, identifying opportunities, financial considerations, and a desire for independence and personal growth.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was coming into town and I was planning a trip I would
I would have breakfast in old town.
Hike Camelback Mountain
I would have dinner at Hacienda at the Scottsdale Princess
I would end the night at Century Grand.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I owe a lot to Microchip Technology for teaching me everything I know about product development. I get a lot of support from my family – Wife, son, mom, sister.
