Hi Danny, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
You don’t have to be great to get started but you do have to get started in order to become great. This quote means so much to me because it is the power of Action. Without action we become absolutely nothing. To many people want to do great things but often over think things and never take any action to begin with. I believe so much of my success is because I often take imperfection action and figure things out along the way.

What should our readers know about your business?
I own a Real Estate Investing business in Mesa Arizona. I started 5 years ago in the business cold calling leads for 10+ hours a day while working on the weekends late at night for 20-30 hours as well. It took me about 2 weeks to get my first deal in January 2020 and made a $15,000 profit on a Mobile Home in Mesa AZ ! I was absolutely thrilled, but the next few months were not too hot.

After lots of time and money putting into the business it was not yielding any return at all. Shortly after the few bad months COVID hit and shut everything down. I turned to my now business partner Kurt and told him I had a few more days in me to keep pushing through on this. If we didn’t get a deal I was going to quit the business and go get a job somewhere else. The only active income I really had going for me was on the weekends serving tables at a restaurant in Scottsdale. So not only was I not making money but I was losing money from the costs it was taking me to start this business.

After 6 more grueling months the market turned around a bit and we were able to close a few deals in July of 2020 totaling a profit of around $60,000. This was able to keep me in the business for a few more months and I have never looked back since.

Now to this day I have over 30 employees working at our company and generate multiple millions of dollars each year.

My specialty has been a passion for Mobile Homes. I have generated millions of dollars through mobile home investing and recently closed a single deal for a profit of $250,000 on one deal. It was a 36 unit trailer park located in Sedona Arizona.

Now a Self Proclaimed Mobile Home King I really pride myself on being the most authentic real estate investor out there. There is so much fluff and fake people portraying themselves as successful on social media platforms. We live in an age where perception is reality and most people believe everything they see. I moved out to Arizona 6 years ago with a few thousand dollars and built everything through a long grueling process. My success took countless hours, failures, times of self doubt, but most importantly I never stopped showing up,

Most people want instant gratification but they are not willing to fall in love with the process. Each day is an opportunity to improve yourself a little better than the day before. If you can focus your efforts on getting 1% better each day and learn to love the process as much as the prize then you will become successful.

I really love giving back to the community as well. Being able to be in a position to serve others and make your money matter makes me feel very thankful. Today I have donated $10,000 to my college wrestling program, donated $10,000 to Mesa High School Wrestling program, and $20,000 to the Pat Tillman foundation (The largest company Donor this year 2024) and smaller financial donations to other causes as well. Success is all about giving back to others who may have been less fortunate than you. I especially look forward to giving back to other causes and organizations that are serving a great purpose for our communities.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite place to bring a guest for the weekend would be Page Arizona. I would hit horse shoe bend and kayak down the Colorado river while fishing for some trout. After that I would take them to Big Johns Texas BBQ on the small downtown strip. Next day I would go to Antelope canyon to really see the most amazing canyon. As a dive bar enthusiast I would take them to “The Bowl” which is the towns local dive bar/ bowling alley. I love to play pool so having a beer and playing some pool is one of my favorite things to do. I would then end my day with a boat day on lake Powell doing a little bit of fishing and fun activities on the lake enjoying the amazing sun. Now that is my kind of weekend !
