We had the good fortune of connecting with Diaz Girls and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diaz, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
It is something definitely scary to take that first step, however, you need to start somewhere. Even the most successful people were once beginners. This is something that has helped us take that initial step . Once we began, we knew it will take hard work and true dedication. More than anything discipline.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We acknowledge there are great companies out there that do what we do. What we can say is that we are truly dedicated to deliver first class service to our customers. We are always striving to bring new, fun, innovating decor along with the old traditional way. We like to get to know our customers on a personal level to find out what they are all about and what kind of event should we design for this particular person.

We have definitely had challenges. As a few company, there are times you may doubt your work or where your business is heading, nevertheless, I have two great partners (my sisters) that motivate me and push me to keep going. I remind myself my “why” and it keeps me moving forward.

Our business is still growing and still have alot to learn. What we have learned is the importance of taking risks.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
With gorgeous weather approaching Arizona, I would take them on a hike to Camelback Mountain followed by breakfast at the Henry. They have the more Delicious breakfast. Then a stroll through Old Town Scottsdale. Visit the Van Gogh Exhibit….. Stop for Happy Hour at Postinos.
