We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. David & Sheryl Iszler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. David & Sheryl, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
We feel incredibly blessed to be able to serve the wonderful people of the Northwest Valley. As such, it is not only our duty, but our pleasure to give back to the community. Community involvement has always been part of the fabric that makes up our lives. We have been granted so many blessings and opportunities to pursue our purpose and dream of establishing a chiropractic practice two years ago in beautiful, sunny Arizona and we are deeply committed to paying those blessings forward to help others. Every quarter, we collaborate with our staff to choose local non-profit organizations to partner with in an effort to raise awareness and fundraise for these charities. Our office serves as a collection point for donated items and money that we then deliver to these organizations to help them meet their current needs. We educate our patients about the mission of these organizations and help them connect so they may donate their time and talents as well. So far, we have had the pleasure of collaborating with Harvest Compassion, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership, MIKID, OCJ Kids, Veterans IV Veterans Motorcycle Association, and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. And we are just getting started! In the next six months, we will also be partnering with The Food and Clothing Bank at Vineyard Church North Phoenix as well as StreetLight USA. To expand our reach, we have also sponsored underprivileged children in Colombia, Ecuador and Guatemala for more than 2o years. We also have a long history of donating time and money to our church to support missions worldwide. We truly feel God has appointed us as stewards of His creation and it is our responsibility to pay our blessings forward for the benefit of His world. Being a small business ourselves, we know how difficult things can be. When the pandemic occurred, our hearts broke as we saw many small businesses struggle to make it. We tried to support locally owned small business by giving them our business, but we were left with a yearning to figure out how to do more. We wanted to bring other small businesses customers as well as expand their name in the local market. We brainstormed ideas and decided to pick a different locally-owned small business that was struggling and open a tab to the community. We did a video about the businesses and details about what the special FREE offer was for that day and cross-posted it to all of our social media platforms. We had the privilege of opening tabs at Black & White Cafe, Small Town Coffeehouse, Skewers Mediterranean Grill, Pier 83, Links Neighborhood Grill, and there are more to come. We also wanted to show our appreciation for the Glendale Police and Fire Department by hiring the Links Neighborhood Grill to serve a BBQ dinner that they could enjoy for free. Although the pandemic has been a challenging time, it has also brought out the best in many people and it has been wonderful to watch people come together to support their neighbors.

What should our readers know about your business?
Trinity Chiropractic is a unique chiropractic practice. We provide corrective chiropractic care without the twisting and popping that most people have come to expect from chiropractic care. This is accomplished with one of the most scientifically researched techniques in the history of chiropractic. We do a detailed consultation to discover what is likely contributing to your pain, then perform motion study x-rays (if necessary) to precisely locate the misalignments in your spine that need to be corrected. Adjustments are performed with a small handheld instrument, called the Integrator, which gently and specifically adjusts only the one bone that needs it. The Integrator is the ONLY FDA-approved instrument for adjusting vertebral subluxations. In addition to this gentle adjusting technique, we offer state-of-the-art therapy, including deep tissue therapeutic laser and spinal decompression, as well as spinal rehabilitation to optimize your results. In November, 2020 we began offering a doctor-supervised nutritional weight loss program. This is the same protocol we used in our previous practice in Wyoming, where our clients lost more than 78,000 pounds over 8 years. To complement our weight loss program, we just launched our laser body contouring program. This system uses a body contouring laser that is FDA-cleared for reducing body circumference. The laser targets subcutaneous fat by liquifying the fat and opening temporary pores in the fat cells. The fat leaks out of the cells and is disposed of by the body as waste. These fat cells then collapse without destroying them, allowing them to still perform their vital functions of metabolism, immune function and hormone balance. Unlike liposuction and CoolSculpting, there are no side-effects, no pain and no downtime. Beginning in June, 2021, we will also offer aesthetic services including lash extensions, facials, chemical peels, sugaring and fibroblast therapy provided by a licensed aesthetician. We aim to be a one-stop-shop for your self-care needs.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are so many wonderful places to explore in this beautiful state! It is one of the reasons we chose to move here from Wyoming. We enjoy hiking, festivals and eating at the many amazing restaurants in the area. We would take our friend to some of our favorite hiking spots that are within an hour’s drive including White Tank Regional Park, Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area, Thunderbird Conservation Park just to name a few. The views, wildlife and diverse landscapes are breathtaking. We would also take them on a day adventure tip to enjoy the scenic Apache Trail and a picnic lunch. One of our other favorite day trips is hiking the West Fork Trail outside of Sedona and then going to lunch at Pisa Lisa to enjoy one of their fabulous pizzas, wine and gelato. Their dog friendly patio is a welcome spot for our dog, Bella, who comes hiking with us. We are big foodies and many of our friends are as well. The cuisine in this area is so diverse! One of our favorite restaurants is Quiessence! What an amazing, hidden gem this place is! We also enjoy the Social on 83rd for fabulous appetizers and unique beverages. For the perfect Taco Tuesday, we would take our friends to The Links Neighborhood Grill where they can enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course while enjoying their great Taco Tuesday specials. Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante’s wine menu, outdoor patio and live entertainment are a perfect way to end the week.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We could not be where we are without the amazing support and encouragement from Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers, the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, Peoria Chamber of Commerce, BNI, Networking and Beyond, Partners in Success, as well as many other networking groups. We want to thank all our friends who have been there to support us, especially some of our biggest supporters, cheerleaders and closest friends, Wayne & Claudia Cole, Karrie Blum, Julie Schaffer, and JJ & Amanda Maes. They have gone above and beyond to support and encourage us throughout the process of building our business. We have had the pleasure of making so many new friends that have been vital to our success, both personally and professionally.
