We had the good fortune of connecting with Drea Idsardi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Drea, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ve always wanted to work for myself, set my own schedule, and have the freedom to do things the way I see fit. I have always been a leader and knew I had the skills to manage my time well and the drive to overcome any obstacles that come up when being an entrepreneur. I had a vision and I took action to make it a reality, just like I encourage my clients to do!

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets my business apart from others is the personal connection you feel in each meeting. We don’t cold call or bombard you with emails to get you to sign up for coaching. We work with clients who want to get better, and align with our vision and mission of health and well-being. What I want the world to know about this brand and company is we are here to serve you. We care about your success and meeting your individualized needs. No where will you find coaches more passionate about a client’s growth and progress. Seeing the positive and lasting changes they make in their lives is what keeps me going throughout the day and it’s the reason I started this business.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would stop in at La Grande Orange Grocery shop for a morning coffee and delicious bite to eat. Then we would journey up to Sedona and do a Vortex hike to clear out any negative energy and connect with nature. Afterwards we would head back to Scottsdale and on over to Fashion Square to see a movie at the Harkins Theater, ending the night visiting my favorite workers at Zoyo in Arcadia. I’d take them to a comedy show in downtown Phoenix and grab sushi at Harumi, they have the best fish in town. One night we would head to Boondocks in Old Town Scottsdale and listen to the live band, while having a drink or two. I’d show them Tempe Town Lake and drive over the bridge at night, while walking down Mill Ave so they can see the college town of ASU. We’d inevitably hang out at Tempe Marketplace to browse the aisles of Barnes and Noble and pick up new non-fiction books and whatever Best-Seller is on the shelves at the moment.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The book, “The Power of Now” changed my outlook on life. I read it at the beginning of my self-development journey and it led me to grow in more ways than I could have ever imagined. I always love coming back to it as a reminder that we are in control of our life and through presence and gratitude we can live a life of joy.
