Meet Eric Greer | Owner of PicBooth AZ

We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric Greer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eric, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
It started pretty naturally for us. We saw a gap between what photo booths were and what they could be. Most felt like an afterthought, and we knew it could be something people actually value and remember.
We didn’t just want to start a business, we wanted to create an experience. Something that felt high-end but still fun and easy. Photos people would actually keep, and a process that felt smooth from start to finish. We wanted our clients to feel taken care of without having to follow up or manage anything.
We built PicBooth AZ to raise the standard and create something we’d be proud to be part of at any event.

What should our readers know about your business?
We focus on creating something that feels elevated, seamless, and genuinely fun.
What really sets us apart is the experience. A lot of people expect a photo booth to just be there, but we’ve built ours to feel like a highlight of the event. High quality images, clean setups, custom designs, and a level of professional service.
Getting to where we are today definitely wasn’t overnight. Like most businesses, there was a lot of trial and error in the beginning. Learning what worked, what didn’t, and constantly refining the experience. There were long days, a lot of problem solving, and moments where we had to figure things out on the fly.
One of the biggest lessons has been consistency. Showing up, delivering every time, and doing what you say you’re going to do. That builds trust, and that trust is what grows a business. We’ve also learned that the small details matter more than people think. That’s usually what people remember.
What I’m most proud of is the reputation we’ve built. When people say they felt taken care of, that everything was smooth, and that their guests loved it, that means more than anything.
I want people to see PicBooth AZ as more than just a photo booth company. We’re part of people’s biggest moments, and we take that seriously. We’re here to create something fun, polished, and memorable every single time.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We love to go eat at Durants downtown. They have the best steaks and drinks. We just love the vibe too. We also love going to watch the Diamondbacks play. Spending a evening at the park relaxing watching baseball.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
That’s a great question because there really isn’t just one person. First, my wife Ambrosia. We built this together, and she’s been a huge part of shaping not just the business, but the experience we create for our clients. A lot of what makes PicBooth AZ feel personal and thoughtful comes from her.
I’d also say our clients. Every person who trusted us early on, referred us, left a review, or brought us into their event played a role in growing this.
And then the vendor community here in Arizona. We’ve been lucky to work alongside some incredible planners, venues, and creatives who set a high standard and push us to keep leveling up.
It’s really been a combination of support, trust, and being surrounded by people who care about what they do. That’s made a big difference in our journey.
