We had the good fortune of connecting with Erica Albright and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erica, every day, we talk about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

I kept finding myself in these moments of Seva, showing love for what I love, because what I love helped me heal.

I spent so many years ( still do ) helping promote others, fundraising, supporting and rallying for the good of their art, music, creations, I am doing this for organizations and small businesses. For the love of it.

One day a friend/brother said, “Erica -it is truly great what you’re doing for all these other people, but what is YOUR mission”?

I started telling him what I wanted to fulfill, what I believed my purpose to be and the why behind it. I wrote it all out…

I want to help people find their true self and express it boldly. To know their self, believe in themselves.

I took everything that brings me joy and helped me find my way.. and now I want that in your hands.
I knew I wanted to grow and glow up a business that could bring that energy.

To be an organization that hosts, as well as, shows up to events where we share our magic with others.

My ideas are wrapped into a very diverse and inclusive series of events that heal in every way, making ALL of these things accessible to other families, regardless of where they come from, connecting them to those tools for success. These tools for better mental health, Through creative outlets.
Now I just want to see it be everything it can be and let it ripple into the community, Many communities. Through events, through gatherings, through virtual offerings, bringing peace, love, music, healing to all of us. Through all of us.

If this interests anyone reading this please invest in our presence and future so we can make dreams come true with Our Dreams Entwined. Thank you

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

Hey hello again!  Thanks for bringing me back for another interview/ shoutout!
Since we last spoke I have been working toward building up the true launch of my business/ organization I talked about then.

I do want to add, I had every hope and intention to turn Our Dreams Entwined into a nonprofit organization- some parts were just not in the right place for it, yet. My big picture still believes that will be the long term scenario but for now due to shifts of roles, spaces and places, I maintain LLC.

I remain a solo face & voice of my mission for ODE, I do so with a ton of community support. I will continue to bring the LOVE and assist other orgs I care about and will host and share in events along the way where we give back and bless others.

I was also so thankful to share the other things I have a pleasure of being involved in with you such as

Le’ Mūs – merch & art creation
(with a partner of my home state)  we are still going strong and always making new items and we are still accepting new clients.

My involvement in the music biz with Earthshyne Albright Productions is forever an integral part of my world.

Both have their purpose and are solid connections to this core mission.

I am Excited to see where this year takes these goals, how many people and places we can bring the magic to and how I can be of service in a community near you.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

No stop to my area is complete without a hike! There are Plenty to choose from.

I’m a fan of the Stupa Peace Park as well
as the birthing cave area in Sedona. Bell Rock in the Village of Oak Creek which you can enjoy with a man named Peter who will walk you to the top, look for (TBRC) on socials.

So many good food options and beautiful views in the verde valley. Too many to list!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

I would love to suggest for some recognition for Sonya and the team at Sedonya Living Conscious Retreat Center in Sedona. A nonprofit organization of which Sonya is a safe space provider,

You can find more about it at
