We had the good fortune of connecting with Fabio Silva and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fabio, what is the most important factor behind your success?
When Petrus was idealized we wanted to be the provider of excellence from the beginning to end in the countertop and remodeling business. In order to achieve our goal we realized that we had to take the time to listen to our customers’ needs first and foremost.
We are detail oriented and communicate with our customers every step of the way. This is the most important factor for our business. Therefore, each one of the team members is aware of our mission and works hard to bring our customer’s dream project to life.
Petrus Inc. is a company built on the principles of hard work, honesty, and integrity.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Petrus, we work with a wide variety of products such as quartz, marble, limestone, soapstone, granite, quartzite, dolomite and many more. Petrus has a warehouse in Central Phoenix and our customers receive specialized attention when they come to our warehouse to select their favorite stone. I love the fact that we have a warehouse and our customers can take their time to select their favorite stone, after-all they will be looking at that stone for many years to come. We’ve learned that hard work, attention to detail and honesty made us one of the best in the remodeling industry.
We are proud to say that our goal is to design each stone with a high level of perfection and elegance and create precisely the perfect shape that will beautifully enhance our customer’s living space as well their life style.
We want the world to know that we are here to serve you and that you deserve the best!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are a few gems in Phoenix that i always take family and friends when they visit. We would start out by going for an early hike on the Camel Back Mountain and enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley from the peaks, one of my favorite things to do. Back down after the hike we would go to Scottsdale and experience lunch at Fogo De Chão, A Brazilian Stake house that serves all-you-can-eat meat carved table-side, plus an extensive salad bar. On another day we would on The Dolly Steam Boat to enjoy a Scenic Nature Cruise on Canyon Lake and go for happy hour to RA Sushi Bar Restaurant.
I always find time to take family and friends to Goldfield Ghost Town, in Apache Junction. From a Historic Museum to Gunfighters rest assure you can spend the day having fun at Goldfield Ghost Town.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am very grateful to my family who has always encouraged me to open my own business. I am especially grateful for the support of my daughter Jennifer, she now works at Petrus’ office and her support makes all the difference.
