We had the good fortune of connecting with Franchesca Lynch and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Franchesca, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
When brands are successful, clients are happy and getting results. The success of Fran’s Kitchen comes from understanding nutrition, mastering the art of bio-hacking and being able to deliver results in both our virtual nutrition business and our meal delivery service. Business is about people and the value you can bring to their life with your services. Our goal at FK is to change your life with every interaction, recipe and meal.

What should our readers know about your business?
Fran’s Kitchen is a story of overcoming the odds. I started my company after being diagnosed with cancer and being given a year to live. My story could’ve ended differently had I not consumed so much information regarding nutrition and how to manipulate my body in a way it could heal. I’m a self taught bio-hacker I used my knowledge to get rid of my cancer. Disease is a byproduct of what we eat. And I want everyone to know that you don’t have to feel tired, sluggish, frazzled, stressed, unhappy, cranky, bloated, achy, etc. There is a solution to live well to your fullest potential and that’s what FK Nutrition is about. We want our clients to learn to eat so they can thrive in ways they thought impossible. Fran’s kitchen is a growing company. It wasn’t always easy, we have evolved through the years and so have our processes and staff. In fact we have had our share of heartaches, disappointments, growing pains, messy divorces, etc… But what has gotten us through the hard times is our desire to make an impact and change the world. We believe we can help clients unlock their potential through nutrition. And everyday we strive to make a great product with passion. The most important lesson I can share is to always to do things with a servant leadership heart. Understanding that consistency and an ability to adapt/cope with change will always make you solutions oriented. As a business seek first to understand and then to bring value.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would wake at 5am go paddle boarding down the salt river Grab some smoothies Drive to Sedona Fossil Creek Eat at Dellapiane those yuca fries are fantastic.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Success is a group effort when I started my business I had no idea what I was getting in to. Doc at Doc’s Artisan Ice Creams mentored me on the food industry. Ashley Grimmel helped my partner and Nutritionist help me navigate through the meal plans and recipes.
