We had the good fortune of connecting with Frederick Thomas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Frederick, what do you attribute your success to?
My theme or tag line is “making the law personal.” That describes my attention to each case and client, I handle every matter myself from initial consult to resolution. My clients have direct access to me.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
It is the personal attention I provide each client. My job is not done until I achieve the justice each of my clients are entitled to.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well this state has allot to offer. Winter time I would venture to Flagstaff and a day of Snowboarding. Explore the trails of Sedona on a mountain bike. I would take them to some of the great restaurants here in the valley, ranging from the whole in the wall gems to places like Ocean 44.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My first employer and mentor C. Roman Rector. I worked for him while I attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, and worked as an attorney for his firm before returning to Arizona. Roman was a friend and mentor. Unfortunately he is no longer with us, but he threw me right into the thick of the practice of law. Within weeks of obtaining my license I was handling my own case load and appearing in evidentiary hearings.
