We had the good fortune of connecting with Goddess Nadine and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Goddess Nadine, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
[Note to editor: I really needed to answer 4 of these questions, I hope that’s ok!]

Suggested Tagline: Goddess Nadine’s Utopian Lifestyle: Neuroscience Meets Soul

Where neuroscience, radical responsibility, and unapologetic desire collide to create a lifestyle you actually love.

Q: What was your thought process behind starting your own business?

A: This is actually my eleventh business to date, in just as many industries, but it’s the one business I started purely as a passion project.

I’m a knowledge sponge! [She laughs lightly.] I have learned so much about human potential along the way, and I wanted to share my hard-won wisdom with others and enrich the world. To be honest, I started this one for selfish reasons – because I want to live in a leveled-up, more conscious world!

My starring mission – the why that drives my every move – is to increase the net amount of personal freedom for everyone on the planet. True freedom begins with mental & emotional freedom, followed by time freedom, which is accessible to all.

My passion is sharing the neuroscience behind self-mastery and conscious manifestation, along with the practical skills of communication, relationships, and entrepreneurship, so that people can level up their individual lifestyles and, ultimately, together we can level up our world.

Q: Social impact: how does your business help the community or the world?

A: My life goal is to help redesign societal systems to enable more personal freedom, and when I first began talking about that project, the number one response (after I handled all the other objections) was, “This sounds great, and I can see you’ve figured out a workable plan, but… people just aren’t ready for this.” See my SatoriaNation concept [https://SatoriaNation.com] for the blueprint behind this vision.

So I started my mentoring business to help the world get ready for living in a practical utopia.

So far, I’ve published eight books that explore various dimensions of a conscious lifestyle, from the secrets of conscious manifestation in >’Living the Naked Life: 10 Ways to Expose Your Unlimited Creation Abilities'<
[https://www.bklnk.com/B007HNSYE2], to cultivating beautiful relationships in >’Secret Weapons of Mass Orgasm: The Science of Sex & The Artistry of Love'<
[https://www.bklnk.com/B01BMYAEGM], to debunking societal misinformation in ‘Uncovering 13 Common Myths of Traditional Therapy’ (FREE download) [https://goddessnadine.com/free-ebook-myths]. Each book is a practical step towards personal utopia.

Now I’m working on my ninth and tenth books: one unveiling the SatoriaNation vision, and the other offering my latest evolution in self-mastery for conscious manifestation. I’ve learned a lot since Living the Naked Life debuted in 2011 – and these upcoming releases reflect that growth.

Q: If you are a parent, what do you think is the most important thing you’ve done as a parent in terms of the impact on your children?

A: I think the best thing I did as a parent was treating my child as another, rational and independently-capable person, from day one. I didn’t baby-talk, and I always answered questions honestly and openly – even if I didn’t know the answer I would just say that and then we might look it up together – and I took the time and explained my reasoning rather than just expecting them to do what I said “because I said so.” I also tried to get to know them as a person, and foster their drives and desires, rather than trying to imprint my own goals and ambitions on them. Lastly, I practiced and modeled integrity in word and deed for them.

Q: What is the most important factor behind your success / the success of your brand?

A: The most important factor of my success is that I practice what I preach. Everything I teach has been honed, not solely from education but from lived experience. I am deeply transparent with my clients about how I learned what I learned, what has been effective, and why.

In my bespoke mentorship program, ‘Level Up Your Lifestyle’, we take an experimental approach to lifestyle amplification, and I will work with someone to find the best fit for their own brain, needs, challenges, and quirks.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to having a lifestyle you love, so I bring a huge array of tools to the work, from mental & emotional freedom, to perfecting physical health and longevity, enhancing and building relationships, and developing and fostering entrepreneurship in all its wild varieties.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
To answer all that, I’d probably have to write another book – Memoirs of Goddess Nadine, coming soon! [She laughs.] But seriously…

My business is the result of a lifetime of conscious experimentation. I’ve been soaking up knowledge and testing it in real-time since I was a kid, and I’m still learning every day. Everything that doesn’t work becomes a problem to solve. Everything that does work gets woven into the frameworks I share with my ‘Level Up Your Lifestyle’ private clients, and in my books.

This is not just a brand or business, it’s a living, breathing ecosystem of transformation. I’ve launched eleven businesses across wildly different industries, but this one is my passion project. It’s the one rooted in my mission: to increase the net amount of personal freedom on the planet.

What sets me apart is that I practice what I preach. I don’t teach theory – I teach lived experience. I bring a massive toolkit to the table: mental and emotional freedom, physical health and longevity, relationship mastery, and entrepreneurial empowerment. I use neuroscience and best practices to tailor it to each person’s unique brain, needs, and quirks.

There’s no cookie-cutter approach here. We co-create your ideal lifestyle – based on your authentic desires – together.

The top three factors behind my success are:

1. Integrity and optimism in all things. That means making decisions and following through. Being transparent. Holding healthy boundaries. And staying radically honest – with myself and others.

2. Systems-thinking and synergization. I see how everything connects – both within us and around us. Understanding those ecosystems is key to designing a life that flows.

3. Radical responsibility. We create our own reality. Period. My job is to help people embody their choices and build a lifestyle that fuels their freedom.

Was it easy? Sometimes it came naturally. Other times? Absolutely not. But I see every challenge as an invitation to evolve. And every evolution becomes part of the Level Up blueprint I now share with others. Even better, I’ve refined the hardest topics into my signature upgraded approach, so others can move through lifestyle transformation much faster, and with more ease and clarity.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know, it’s this: you are powerful. And you can build your own everyday utopia – starting now, with one choice at a time.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are so many awesome things to do in Arizona, but if I only had one week, here’s what I’d do with guests…

Note: All activities below would be accompanied by lovely discussions, of course, and punctuated by additional at-home activities like making art, music and/or food together as well.

Day 1: Let them settle into the guest house, have a nice steak dinner at Houston’s, Seasons 52, or Durant’s, followed by a bonfire and hot tub soak if it’s winter, or a chill time catching up poolside in the summer.

Day 2: Got to go to Sedona, get our hiking in on the Vortex trails, and dine at the ChocolaTree Organic Eatery.

Day 3: Spa Day in Phoeix! Maybe the Lagoon Experience at BL Spa, and/or a spa day at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, followed by cooking dinner together at my place.

Day 4: Grand Canyon. ‘Nuff said. Breakfast at Miz Zip’s in Flagstaff.

Day 5: Club Night Out – the day might vary depending on the days of the week they’re here for. I love the goth event on Wednesday at Stacey’s at Melrose, Club Palazzo is a fabulous venue, Gracie’s Tax Bar has a lovely patio for outdoor events, and Walter Studios also has a unique and memorable event space. Late night dining afterwards at Ziggy’s Magic Pizza Shop in Downtown Phoenix.

Day 6: Movie Night In: sharing my top favorite movie (Megalopis), and watching one of theirs – or going to a theater, depending on what’s playing. I love AMC’s recliner seating in theaters. Dining at a local favorite like Lola’s Chicken & Waffles.

Day 7: Breakfast at Cupz ‘N Crepes, and one last relaxation/hang out session at the house, or tubing on the Salt River. If it’s a Sunday, we’re going to Monkey Pants in Tempe for karaoke and shooting pool this evening.

*Please note: Above schedule to be modified by any special events, like First Friday Art Walk in Downtown Phoenix, and/or my guests’ special interests and/or the weather. We have a ton of amazing venues, museums, and experiences available in our beautiful city!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We all stand on the shoulders of giants.

I am grateful every day for the unconditional love my mother modeled for me, for the fantastic relationships I have with my loved ones, and for everyone I’ve learned from – and that’s a huge list!

All the people I’ve shared experiences with are far too many to choose from here, but I’ve shared quite a few of my personal stories in my books to illuminate them.

My recommended reading/watching list alone is close to 200 – books, trainings, videos, etc. (I’m working on a downloadable list as we speak) – so I won’t try to name them all here!

That said, my top favorite sci-fi author of all time is Robert Anson Heinlein, and I credit his work as the foundation that got me interested in metaphysics, sociology, and “what if?” future thinking. His engineering mindset combined with an optimistic attitude towards social change deeply inspired me to build a better world.

My most revered hero in non-fiction is Buckminster Fuller, a polymath genius who invented massage therapy, discovered (hypothesized and posthumously proven) the strongest known carbon structure, invented the geodesic dome, and was a proponent of UBI (Universal Basic Income), among other things.

Another unsung hero of modern life is the genius inventor Nikola Tesla. Beyond unlocking the secrets of electricity, he aptly described the concept of smart phones over a hundred years before they were developed!

One of my most cherished living mentors is Richard Bandler, co-founder of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). His quirky humor and irreverent approach to mental health – and education in general – have had immeasurable impact on my ability to help people improve every aspect of their lives. I’ve found his modeling approach incredibly effective – not just for self-mastery and conscious manifestation, but for acquiring any skill with precision and speed.

Finally, my (one and only) top favorite movie of all time is Francis Ford Coppola’s ‘Megalopolis: A Fable’, a visionary film about rebuilding society from the inside out. That story parallels my life journey and thinking in so many ways. Truly a genius film! I’d love to meet Mr. Coppola.

These thinkers and creators helped shape the lens through which I see the world – and inspired me to build my own framework for conscious transformation.
