We had the good fortune of connecting with Iryna Roppo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Iryna, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
At Love & Light Hypnosis Center, my mission is to guide people back to their inner strength and natural wisdom. Many in our community carry unhealed trauma, stress, and limiting beliefs that silently affect families, workplaces, and relationships. By offering hypnosis, emotional healing, and spiritual guidance, I help individuals release those burdens and reprogram their subconscious mind to align with peace, confidence, and self-love.

When one person heals, that transformation ripples outward. A calmer parent raises a happier child, a balanced leader inspires their team, and a healed individual contributes positively to the world around them. In this way, my work not only supports personal growth, but also uplifts the emotional and spiritual well-being of our community as a whole.

Globally, my vision is to be part of a larger movement that reminds humanity of its true potential—to live consciously, to love deeply, and to walk in harmony with both self and others. Every session, workshop, or course is a step toward that brighter collective future.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Please tell us more about your business.
Love & Light Hypnosis Center is dedicated to guiding people into deep emotional and spiritual transformation. Through modalities like Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), trauma-release hypnosis, and energy healing, I help clients release old wounds, connect with their higher self, and rediscover their true purpose. What sets my work apart is the integration of both science and spirit — combining the power of subconscious reprogramming with spiritual wisdom and intuitive guidance. My mission is not just to help people feel better, but to empower them to step into freedom, peace, and alignment with their authentic self.

We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about.
What sets me apart is the depth of transformation that clients experience. This isn’t surface-level stress relief — it’s a journey to the root of what’s been holding someone back, whether it’s trauma, fear, or limiting beliefs, and then rewiring those patterns for lasting change. I’m most proud of seeing my clients awaken to their own power — when someone who once felt broken or stuck realizes they are whole and capable of creating a life they love, that’s the most rewarding moment for me. I’m excited to continue expanding this work to reach more people, both locally and worldwide, so that healing can ripple out into families, communities, and beyond.

How did you get to where you are today business-wise? Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges?
My path has been anything but easy. It began with my own healing journey — overcoming childhood trauma and searching for tools that truly worked. Building a business out of this passion required faith, resilience, and a willingness to keep going even when it was difficult. I faced doubts, financial struggles, and the challenge of stepping into visibility with such personal, transformational work. What helped me overcome was my deep trust in the calling — knowing that if I could heal, I could help others do the same. Each challenge became a lesson in perseverance, alignment, and self-belief.

What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?
The biggest lessons I’ve learned are:

Healing always starts within — you cannot give what you haven’t embodied yourself.

Authenticity builds connection — when you lead with heart and truth, the right clients find you.

Challenges are opportunities to grow stronger and refine your purpose.

Success isn’t just about numbers; it’s about impact — every single transformation matters.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I want the world to know that true healing is possible — no matter your past, no matter your pain. Love & Light Hypnosis Center is not just a business, it’s a sanctuary for transformation. My story is proof that we are not defined by what we’ve been through — we are defined by the light we choose to embody and share. My mission is to remind people of their wholeness, their strength, and their ability to create a life aligned with love, peace, and purpose.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit for a week in the Roseville area, here’s how I’d show them the best time:

I’d start by taking them on a relaxing morning walk at Maidu Regional Park, where we could enjoy nature, grounding energy, and a sense of peace before the day begins. For breakfast or brunch, we’d stop by The Fig Tree Coffee, Art & Music Lounge — a cozy spot with great atmosphere and healthy, delicious options.

During the week, I’d make sure we explored Folsom Lake for a bit of sunshine, water, and fresh air, maybe even a sunset picnic by the shore. Another must-visit is Old Town Auburn, with its charming historic streets, antique shops, and little cafes that carry so much character.

For a touch of luxury and self-care, I’d take them to a local spa in Roseville for a massage or wellness treatment, since I truly believe in balancing fun with relaxation. Evenings could be spent enjoying live music at local wine bars or trying unique restaurants — one of my favorites is Zócalo, where the food is vibrant, flavorful, and perfect for sharing.

We’d also take a day trip to Sacramento’s Midtown to enjoy its art galleries, boutique shops, and farm-to-table dining. If time allows, I’d love to drive up to Lake Tahoe (just a couple of hours away) for breathtaking views, hiking, or simply to sit by the water and soak in the mountains’ energy.

To balance the trip, I’d host a private meditation or healing circle for my friend at Love & Light Hypnosis Center, so they could experience firsthand the inner peace and transformation I share with my clients.

For me, the best time ever is a mix of nature, good food, soulful connection, local culture, and moments of inner stillness — and that’s exactly what I’d want my best friend to experience while visiting.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am beyond grateful to share that Love & Light Hypnosis Center has been awarded the title of #1 Hypnotherapy Provider in Roseville, CA for the last two years, 2024-2025.

This recognition is not just about me — it’s about my incredible clients, who have trusted me with their healing journeys, opened their hearts to transformation, and allowed me to walk alongside them in their growth.

Every breakthrough, every release, every step toward peace and empowerment that they have taken has inspired this work. Their courage and commitment to healing are the reason this recognition was possible.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank each and everyone of my clients for making Love & Light Hypnosis Center a place where transformation and light flourish. Together, we are showing the world the power of inner healing and conscious living.

Here’s to more breakthroughs, more freedom, and more love & light.
