We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Gibson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasmine, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
Most people think social media marketing is a quick return on their investment. The most popular goals are: bring me more clients, sell more of my products, increase my followers, grow my website visitors. While each of these goals are easy to track, the underrated method to our success in managing social media campaigns is research. I think this is an industry secret and a key to our success. From competitor research to brand voice, social media marketing isn’t successful unless you do your homework. Our content writers and designers spend anywhere between 5-12 hours researching a brand before creating the first caption.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
In Baltimore, we have plenty of hidden gems for hanging out and enjoying time with your community. My favorites: The Helmand Ampersea Papi’s Tacos
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
When I leaped into building a marketing agency, I had no idea what I was doing. I knew two things: I was well connected and I knew a lot about marketing. I took opportunities from everywhere to build community. Over the last year, my community has sustained the business through referrals and connections I made in a season where my faith was being stretched. God placed people in my life that could pour into me, nurture me, mentor me, guide me, and transform me. I learned from my community to dream bigger.
