We had the good fortune of connecting with Jestyles Robinson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jestyles, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I believe the most important factor behind the success of my radio pod cast “Bighomietoldme Show” is staying CONSISTENT. When building a brand it is very important to keep improving. The repetition and education you learn as you go forward enables the consumer to trust your brand. Consistency builds trust and trust is what keeps consumers coming back. In less than 2 years I have conducted over 250 documented interviews hosted a number of concert events. My guest on my show range from celebrities, politicians, law enforcement officials, service men and women and the list continues to grow. Consistency allowed my brand to become a huge success in the radio and podcast industry.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
On my radio pod cast show, I focus on solutions. When I have guest on Bighomietoldme Show it’s a conversation about life. We discuss the obstacles the guest over came to reach their success. I believe my questions and sincerity has helped grow my supporters because it is not an ordinary interview. Prior to creating my brand and turning it into an LLC, I worked as a corrections officer 4 years. I earned officer of the month, quarter, and year. While having a great career, I was not happy internally. I was not following my purpose. I have always been a creative from making music to hosting events even consulting for Levi’s Strauss at the young age of 11 and 12 years old. My radio show has grown exponentially in 2 years. Consistency has created a platform that can be trusted by guest. The number of celebrities and politicians I have had on in a short time motivates me to continue building my brand.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When I want to have a good time, I would go to west gate for a day there is many great restaurants and entertainment. I would go to Scottsdale because there is a lot to do and see. Scottsdale fashion square is always good to do some shopping.
There are plenty sports teams so we can go to a professional sports event.
I would visit down town Phoenix and take in the environment and restaurants.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to thank God for giving me the strength to over come many obstacles. I come from poverty and have gone on to get my college degree become a home owner and accomplish many great things at a young age. With out God it wouldn’t be possible.
