We had the good fortune of connecting with Joey & Chanel Bradfisch and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Joey & Chanel, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
We had a photo booth at our wedding in 2012. We had some amazing memories from it, but to be perfectly honest, it was terrible from a service and quality standpoint. No digital files, so we, as the couple, did not get to see the photos from the evening. Everyone had to cram in a box to take the photo. The quality of the photos was mediocre… the list goes on. We loved the idea and the thought process behind a photo booth, but we wanted to do better for people. We did a ton of research, implemented services and standards we wished we would have had for our wedding service, and found the photo booths we use today!
What should our readers know about your business?
We truly believe our service and quality sets us APART. I think a lot of people don’t expect a photo booth to be a personal experience between the client and the provider. We like to get to know our clients, especially our bridal clients, so we can ensure their experience is personal, special and unique. From a quality standpoint, we use studio-quality lighting and a professional camera. Many photo booths out there use webcams or tablet cameras and the photo quality just cannot compare. We try to remind our clients that photos are tangible memories; something you can hold in your hand and look at day to day, year to year. They truly are something special and worth the investment. Plus, photo booths are always the life of the party no matter what type of event!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Ok, so, we are a tad biased. We live in Gilbert and believe it is the best little town in the world! We would take them to our favorite restaurants: Clever Koi and Liberty Market and of course, some coffee at Mythical Coffee and a drink at the White Rabbit. We also love hiking when the weather is beautiful – our favorite is South Mountain!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My younger sister! She started a small business for wedding and event hair and makeup (@idealbridalaz) back in 2012 and really inspired us to start our own business in the wedding and event industry.
