Meet Julia Fontaine Shaw | Animal Communicator, Intuitive, Energy Practitioner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Julia Fontaine Shaw and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Julia Fontaine, how does your business help the community?
My business, helps people, realize the hidden wisdom and value in their pets. Animal companions are our guides, they choose us. Why else would an animal companion choose to leave the luxury of heaven, and give up their freedoms? This is a perspective that is not fully valued. And often over looked. But adopting this perspective regarding one’s animal companion, can lead to life altering relationships with one’s animal companion. And not just more fulfilling animal human relationships, but a deeper meaning regarding life.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am an animal communicator, psychic, medium, and energy practitioner. I love the animals because they are a wealth of information. But am involved in all things intuitive. I think what sets me apart is my ability to see past the obvious, and get information that is truly divinely guided. It actually doesn’t come from me, but something more powerful that moves through me. I am merely a vessel. I always use pure unconditional love as a conduit. I also operate a bit differently than others in my field as I often give readings in writing. This allows one to reread the information. I am most proud of the lives that have been changed by my work, whether it be helping an animal transition to heaven, helping an animal to be rehomed, or helping people to break unhealthy patterns and live their best lives. I love seeing others thrive.
My life seemed to lead to this path by one thing leading to another. I’ve been in the breed ring, obedience ring, veterinary field. A dog trainer, horse trainer,. I’ve had many many, animal companions of all species. All these experiences taught me. As a child I just knew things, and I just followed the intuitive path. So coming into my business was organic and built on itself. The challenges for me have been the technical side of the business!
What I would want others to know about me, is that I am a believer in everyone’s innate power, and ability to live their best life! You have all you need. . And whether I’m working with an animal companion or a person, this is my premise and goal, for one to know their innate worth, and power. You are loved, and if you can dream it, you can do it!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There is a place called La Paz, I have gone to since before my children were born! So that would be on the list! I also love farmers markets, cooking fresh meals, trying new recipes. So this would all be on the list! I’m a private person, but one of my favorite places is my own home, and being around my animal companions.
I also love the Ventura County Fair, Channel Island Farmers Market, and California beaches. So a stop at these places would be on my list!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
This is a very interesting question! I have traveled this road alone in many ways. Things just lined up, as my life went along. But there were certainly opportunities along the way. And people who offered those opportunities. One thing I always did was say yes, to a new opportunity! And trust my gut, so to speak. The one person I feel was one of my greatest catalysts was Renata Mihalic who was my wholistic practitioner. She opened me up, to lots of possibilities. And what I learned from her, I still use today.
