Meet Kayla Fields | CEO & Business Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kayla Fields and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kayla, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my business was to bring forth the Good News of Jesus Christ on different types of apparel. I have always loved sporting events and school spirit days where I would be able to get completely decked out in the team/school colors and jerseys, ultimately, to represent who I was rooting for. With Divine Messengers Apparel, I am a representing Jesus Christ and I want to bring light and the message of hope to a dark and hopeless world. As we have begun to tell people about Jesus, we are also showing people. DMA is more than just bold statements of faith on t-shirts, it is coming alongside one another to help the different needs in our communities.
What should our readers know about your business?
Divine Messengers Apparel is a new, upcoming apparel company that is not bound to just making apparel with bold statements of faith on different t-shirts and the like. We are striving to walk alongside our communities that are too on the move for Jesus Christ. We are excited about our new partnership with A21, a non-profit organization that is fueled by radical hope, that human beings everywhere will be rescued from bondage and be completely restored. By supporting A21, Divine Messengers Apparel is joining in their mission to end slavery because human trafficking is robbing millions of their freedoms. Divine Messengers Apparel, is still growing, developing, and looking into ways to be influential and impact our communities while boldly wearing some thought-provoking, encouraging apparel.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Elevate Coffee provides amazing coffee and a clean, friendly environment to enjoy conversations and meetings. Hiking at Thunderbird Mountain or Devil’s bridge is always a great time!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shoutout my leaders and mentors Alex and Angie Soto who are the founders of BreakThru Community Church in Peoria, AZ. They live a life of godly influence, love, support and encouragement. Also, to my strong circle of sisters and brothers in Christ: Nikki Rosa, Shayla Lopez, Andrew Vasquez, Joanna and Josh Jones and the BCC Young Adults Crew. I am so thankful to be surrounded by such amazing, selfless people that have poured into me and my business time and time again. Divine Messengers Apparel is dedicated to all those who love God, love people and desire to be His Messengers, His hands and feet bringing light to a dark world.
