But that’s not all—your coach will be there every step of the way, providing accountability, motivation, and personalized assistance to keep you on track and striving for success.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Running your own business is undoubtedly a rollercoaster ride, filled with sleepless nights and moments of self-doubt. But amidst the challenges, there is an undeniable sense of fulfillment that comes from knowing you are making a difference in the lives of others. That sense of purpose fuels me through the toughest of times and reminds me why I embarked on this journey in the first place.

For me, HealthyME isn’t just about business—it’s about instilling values of self-care, empowerment, and community in the next generation. My daughters have been witness to the incredible power of women supporting one another and prioritizing their own well-being. They’ve seen firsthand the impact of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle and the importance of fostering connections within a supportive community.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Here’s a detailed itinerary for my best friend’s day:

Morning:
6:00 AM: Rise and shine! Start the day with a scenic hike or run to catch the breathtaking sunrise in the desert.

8:00 AM: After working up an appetite, head over to Campbell’s, a cozy family-owned breakfast spot known for its delicious home-cooked meals and friendly atmosphere.

Daytime:
10:00 AM: Treat ourselves to a leisurely day at the movies! Indulge in Harkins popcorn and sink into plush recliners as we escape the world in the magic of the big screen.

1:00 PM: Take a drive around town, blasting our favorite country tunes and belting out the lyrics at the top of our lungs.

Evening:
6:00 PM: If we’re feeling hungry, grab some takeout from Café Rio or Chipotle and settle in for a cozy night of mystery with a new episode of Dateline or 20/20.

8:00 PM: If we still are full of energy? Head out for a delicious dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse, where you can catch up on life, enjoy a great steak and enjoy each other’s company.

10:00 PM: Still not tired???? Wind down the evening with a leisurely stroll around Downtown Scottsdale, soaking in the atmosphere and sights.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Starting a business is undeniably a daring venture, and behind every successful entrepreneur stands a pillar of support. For me, that unwavering support comes from none other than my husband—a true partner in every sense of the word. It’s the late-night brainstorming sessions over cups of coffee, the reassuring words during moments of doubt, and the shared celebrations of every milestone achieved. My husband isn’t just my rock; he’s my co-captain, navigating the unpredictableness of entrepreneurship with me, hand in hand.

Embracing the principles of “Atomic Habits” by James Clear has been transformative in shaping the foundation of my business. Clear’s insightful book delves into the power of small, incremental changes—the atomic habits—that have the potential to yield remarkable results over time.

In my business, I aim to embody this philosophy by guiding my clients through a journey of sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. It’s not about temporary diets or fleeting fitness trends; it’s about cultivating habits that become ingrained in their daily lives, leading to long-lasting transformations.

Just as Clear emphasizes the importance of focusing on the process rather than solely fixating on the end goal, I encourage my clients to embrace the journey of self-improvement.
