We had the good fortune of connecting with Maximilian de Melo and Patrick Niederdrenk and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Maximilian and Patrick , how do you think about risk?
No risk, no reward. That might sound cliche, but without constantly taking risks, whether calculated or not, there is no opportunity for long term growth and success. You have to get comfortable being uncomfortable and challenge yourself and your business consistently. You just have to have faith that the big risks you take will pay off in one way or another.
What should our readers know about your business?
We are managing partners of America One Luxury Real Estate, as well as one of the top producing teams. Something we are proud of that sets us apart is that we moved to the United States from Germany to pursue the American Dream, and made that dream our reality. Through a lot of hard work, dedication and passion for real estate we have made giant strides in our industry in just a few short years. Our ability to see and seize opportunity has helped get us where we are today, as we have quickly expanded our business to include design and development, in addition to real estate buying/selling/investment services. Our extensive and diverse network of people enable us to help our clients. We are very different in terms of personality, which we believe makes our team dynamic work so well, going on 15 years in both a strong business partnership and friendship. One of the most important lessons that we have learned along the way is to take risks and don’t give up. Always go above and beyond expectations. We feel blessed for the opportunity to grow and establish our business in the best country in the world.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would go to dinner at Ocean 44, Toca Madera, Nobu, and Maple & Ash, play some golf at Gainey Ranch Golfclub, go for drinks at The W Hotel and the Entertainment District. Hiking Camelback and a day at the lake would also be on our itinerary.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would like to dedicate our shoutout to our trusted financing partners and friends: Imad Hatoum, Brendan Ochinero, and Brent Nardecchia. Thank you for supporting us as well as our clients and always getting the deal done! You guys are true class acts and the best in the business.
