Meet Mecca Wagner-Hoffman

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mecca Wagner-Hoffman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mecca, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
One of my favorite quotes is, ‘Life is an occasion. Rise to it.’ To me, this quote is a powerful reminder that every moment, big or small, is an opportunity to show up fully, with courage, presence, and integrity. It speaks to the idea that life isn’t something to simply get through or survive, but something to meet with intention and purpose.
I love this quote because it encourages me to rise above fear, procrastination, or self-doubt and meet each challenge with my best self. Whether it’s a difficult decision, a chance to help someone, or an exciting opportunity, this mindset helps me embrace life’s unpredictability and grow through it. It is the reason I left my corporate job to pursue something that fulfills me and gives to community.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business name is Mindful InnerChange because I believe when we become self-aware and mindful of our thoughts and behaviors, we can take the courageous journey of healing more actively. Traditional talk therapy can definitely help many people but I get a lot of clients who say it is not doing what they desire. Although we do talk in sessions together, I provide tools to empower my clients to take control of their healing progress. I love seeing their faces when they see the connections I draw for them, the relief they feel after participating in a tapping technique, and the excitement in their voices when things start “clicking.”
When I first started, I was newly certified with not a lot of practice, but I continued to do some free sessions so I could learn more about the techniques, different clients, and myself. I continued to learn more in the field of mental health to enhance my services and techniques and my reputation started to grow. Patience is required to build a great reputation and my hard work is paying off.
I believe healing is both a sacred journey and a courageous choice. My path has woven together years in the corporate world with a deep calling to support emotional, spiritual, and energetic transformation. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Kinesiology, and certifications in Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Yoga, I offer a holistic approach that blends mind, body, and spirit. I draw upon decades of experience—from leading global teams at a fortune 100 company to guiding individuals through profound inner healing.
My work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a deep connection to the natural world. I help clients uncover and release emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and stored trauma. Each session is a co-creative experience, often blending Hypnotherapy, EFT Tapping, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, and Mindfulness. Complementary services may include Breathwork, Meditation, and Somatic Awareness. Nature’s wisdom is never far from the process—whether it’s visualizations that draw on earth elements, or gentle movement practices like Yoga and Qigong that help restore energetic flow.
I also serve as a Board Member, Principal Records, and Facilitator with the Radical Freedom Project Intl., holding space for online groups focused on emotional clearing, spiritual growth, integrating a natural way of living, and sacred systems of healing.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you are already whole. My role is to walk beside you as you remember your truth, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and step fully into the life your soul desires.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The motivation to change careers is thanks to all entrepreneurs out there. I saw others making a living at it and asked myself why I couldn’t do the same. The encouragement and support of my husband, daughter, family, and friends allowed me to feel I had a foundation to launch from.
