We had the good fortune of connecting with Michael Grossman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi michael, what is the most important factor behind your success?
We care about the customer first. Its our goal to make sure the customer is happy. Yes we have to make sure we still make money but normally with such a corparate world helping people on one off situations is very hard. we can do that easy and make them happy and us win. We also make sure we have the best products and pricing we can. With those 3 things we have come a long way and continue to grow and successed.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Hub has been my passion sense my family started it. I started as just a pawn accosiate and then from there went up. I became a manager and then took over the lakeside location when the owners were splitting it up. I then expanded the shops from 1 to 3. I saw the oppertunity and took it in tucson and then was offered shops in mesa that i purchased and then closed and combined into one. nothing was easy and everything took time and work. I think the thing that sets me apart is i try never to say no or i cant do that. day or night i will figure it out.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
we would do a lot of offroading and shooting. eating at korean bbq, steak houses etc. drinking every night and having a good time
