The most important thing I have done as a parent is give my children a solid home. When I say solid home, I am talking about the foundation and the environment they need to feel secure and happy. I have worked hard with my wife to create a safe environment for our kids & make our house a home. We live by example the best we can, and show our children love by creating a peaceful environment. By creating a peaceful and safe environment, our kids have been impacted greatly. I have an 8 and 13 year old. They both are being the kids they need to be & are not forced to grow up as quickly as I had to. I learned from my childhood, that self discipline and leading by example has the greatest reward for inner growth.

I own a digital marketing agency named Ciphers Digital. We are a full stack, impact driven online marketing firm. What sets us apart is we create custom campaigns for lead generation and search engine optimization results. Ciphers Digital is in a building phase. I was a free lancer for many years and worked in the corporate setting, but all remote. Before the remote work environments were normal, I was doing just that. Getting where I am now was not easy. I was building everyone else’s business but my own. I would work many more hours than I was compensated, because I cared about the value of results. But one day I woke up and realized, I was working my tail off to build other peoples businesses and in the end, they did not seem to care as much as I did. A time would come in our relationship where I had nothing to show for my hard work and taxing efforts. The biggest thing I learned was not to loose the passion for getting results online, but to begin building my own brand and provide the results using my brand. Some of the fun Arizona hang outs. Considering I am a true Arizona native. I should have a great answer here. I would take them to downtown Gilbert and eat at some of the great breakfast locations. We would go to a great steak house and have dinner. We would have to visit the indoor skydiving facility. Hopefully the rodeo would be in Queen Creek and we would go see some bull riding. To finish the week off, we would need 3 days to visit the Grand Canyon & Mogollon rim.

My Wife has been the pillar of my business with her support of my long work hours, but more importantly she has helped me through very tough times. There was a time when I was not in any condition to grow my business. I was going through emotional problems with PTSD and panic attacks. My confidence was low and my work ethic was suffering. I could not sit at the computer and work for more than 1 hour, without feeling like I was lost. My Wife encouraged me to keep moving forward and gave me the love + support I needed to continue. She is truly the one who saw me through the storm by providing love, encouragement and more support than anyone could imagine. She had to love enough for the both of us!
