We had the good fortune of connecting with Miranda Reyes and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Miranda, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
SOCIAL MEDIA. Day in and day out there is not a moment where I am constantly thinking about something new or something different to do on social media. It is always going to run back against the question of.. Well have I tried it yet? Well why not? I focus heavy in on the fact that every single thing that I do is a piece of content, it really doesn’t matter what it is… But people are very interested in the JOURNEY so show them that!
FAMILY. Throughout everything that happens and things that I try, without my families support always I honestly would not be where I am today. Being blessed with my family support behind me always is a pure pillar of where I am today & where I am heading.
Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
What sets us apart from others is being able to have strong friendships and business relationships with our clients. We love to celebrate our clients whether it be a birthday, anniversary, baby shower, bridal shower, wedding, corporate event, we love all of the celebrations. I honestly did everything pretty grass roots, of course there were plenty of people that tried to sell me this product and that product to elevate my business, but I continued to keep my head down and focus in on what was the most important to me… Building relationships within the event industry in the best way that I know how to do it.. Networking.. No it was not easy at all… Every industry is wildly oversaturated and it was very hard for me to get into the industry but I continued to push through and eventually I made my way through it! I honestly went out and sent about 300 direct messages and only got about 15 messages back, but it was those 15 people who have given me a chance within the event industry and really have given me my start. Starting a business in general is not easy at all, and if it is.. Then you aren’t going hard enough in the business! I just kept going. There was time and time and time again where I just wanted to quick and go back into a full time position, there actually was a period of time where I was interviewing for a little bit but just was not feeling it. The lessons that I have learned along the way is to literally never give up. To never be afraid of anything. To just keep going. We are here always to make your event the most seamless day possible, we are your people on the day of that are going to pull all of the magic together!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely take my friend around the town with all of the restaurants that we have here. Honestly we have so many fun spots in town, but one of my most favorite spots to hang out doesn’t really matter where is definitely Downtown Gilbert just because I love the vibes and being able to just walk up and down the street and hang out with friends is so much fun.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
