We had the good fortune of connecting with Natasha Lowe Osho and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natasha, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
I believe the following habits are crucial to my success:
1) Starting each day with a “clean slate” mentality
2) Saying a prayer for wisdom before starting my work day
3) Approaching life with a “bigger than me” mindset
4) Honoring my commitments
5) Making thoughtful financial decisions
6) Staying up to date with current events
7) Eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner
8) Getting at least 6 hours of sleep a night

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a practicing OB/GYN physician and certified personal trainer focusing on pre/postnatal fitness. I recently opened Bump Fitness Club to help women have healthier pregnancies. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and supervised environment to encourage exercise during pregnancy with the goals of helping women perform their daily activities, build strength and stamina for the physical demands of labor and delivery, and assist with postpartum recovery while building relationships and providing encouragement throughout the pregnancy journey. We specialize in small group strength training and yoga. At Bump Fitness Club, our pregnant and postpartum moms are not after thoughts, but the main focus.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My friends say I should definitely get out more lol, but here is my list: We would take a trip to the Grand Canyon and visit the Phoenix Zoo. My list of restaurants to visit includes Southern Rail, The Living Room, Cocina Madrigal Tacos + Tequila. For a good burger and sports, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers. For a nightcap, The White Rabbit.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people along my journey who have contributed to my success, both knowingly and unknowingly. I particularly want to give a shoutout to my parents, Johnny and Allenna Lowe. Both are high school graduates who preached the importance of education to myself and my siblings. They saw all 3 of their children graduate college and begin successful careers serving others. Throughout many triumphs and failures, they always provide a listening ear and encouragement. I hope my life honors them and all who came before me.
