Meet Noah DiPasquale | CEO and founder, Epic Golf Club

We had the good fortune of connecting with Noah DiPasquale and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Noah, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
That answer is twofold. Over the past 10 years, I’ve started two successful businesses, plus a couple more since then, but I’ll focus on the first two for this interview. The first came from a desire to be my own boss. At the time, I was working as a management consultant, stuck on what felt like the corporate “hamster wheel.” I craved the freedom to make my own decisions and take control of my future. Honestly, part of it was driven by desperation—I just needed a major change in my life. That business turned out to be a success: we ran it for three years and exited in 2019.
The second business is the one I’m most passionate about, Epic Golf Club. It was born from identifying a huge gap in the golf landscape, a sport and community I have grown to love. Epic Golf Club is a private golf society that gives members access to some of the world’s best golf courses, alongside like-minded individuals. It’s been an incredible journey, and a true blessing. If you can align your passion with something the market wants, you’re in a great position to succeed.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Epic Golf Club truly is a blessing. I know that can sound cliché, but I mean it. We don’t really have direct competition—nothing like us existed for the last 20 years. We provide a white-glove, full-service experience for people who love golf. Think of it like a national private club: members gain access to world-class events and thousands of accomplished executives, all while playing at the best golf courses around the world. There’s really nothing like it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Scottsdale, I’d show him the best time possible, starting, of course, with golf. I live at Desert Mountain, where we have seven courses, so we could easily play a different one every day of the week. After golf, we’d hit some of my favorite restaurants. Two incredible steakhouses are the Mastro’s on Pima & Pinnacle Peak Roads, and Dominick’s Steakhouse at Scottsdale Quarter. Both are among my favorite spots in the country. For something truly special, we’d go to The Ra Ra Room in Phoenix—my favorite restaurant in Arizona. It’s a private dining club and sister to Carbone in Vegas and New York, partially owned by the Phoenix Suns owner, and the food is a 10/10. And for Italian? Nothing beats Marcellino’s in Old Town Scottsdale.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’ve had countless people help me along the way, it’s impossible to name them all, but there are two books that really shaped the start of my journey. The first is “The E-Myth Revisited.” It gave me the initial push to start my consulting firm and helped me understand the common pitfalls entrepreneurs face. Early on, you wear every hat: janitor, IT, sales, you name it. The faster you can delegate as you grow, the sooner you can focus on your strengths, and that’s where real growth happens. The second book is “The 10X Rule” by Grant Cardone. That book lit a fire under me to push harder, put in extra hours, and launch Epic Golf Club while still running my consulting firm. It was chaotic, but worth it. Through it all, my wife has been my greatest support. When I launched my first company, we had a two-year-old at home, and I was walking away from a secure, high-paying job. It was a stressful time, but she gave me the encouragement I needed to take the leap. None of this would’ve happened without her support.
