Hi Noel, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our business and really our overall success is family! We take pride in being family owned and operated. When you come to our food truck you will be greeted by either my oldest son or husband. If you take a look inside you will see me cooking and probably dancing!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Bring the valley amazing food with a taste of Mexico! La Güera’s Hispanic food was established in 2021 by Noel Rodriguez & Eric Rodriguez. The husband and wife team started with selling tamales seasonally, but it turned into so much more. Now you can find them at your local farmers markets and events or book them for your own catering needs. Their agua frescas are made completely from scratch with all natural ingredients. They are perfect for cooling you down during our hot summers and are very refreshing! Let’s not forget their amazing quesabirria tacos! They use beef rather than goat and it is slow cooked for 12 plus hours! Combine that with their creamy avocado salsa and it will surely take its flavor to the next level! Make sure you check them out as they continue to grow and pop up throughout the valley.

I want to give a special shout out to my husband! From the moment I told him my crazy idea of starting a business to us doing a soft opening he has been so supportive and helpful and absolutely a huge part of the foundation of the business.
