We had the good fortune of connecting with Orchadia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Orchadia, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
As a band, our business plays a significant role in positively impacting the community and the world. Through our music, we aim to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and foster a sense of unity. Our lyrics often address social issues, love, resilience, and personal growth, inspiring listeners to reflect, empathize, and find hope in challenging times. We believe that music has the power to heal, unite, and uplift individuals and communities.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
It all started with a marriage proposal, a devastating breakup, and a clash of bandmates. Merge, Tucson’s hottest former band came falling down faster than a bishop could say biscuit. This is a story of new beginnings and never-endings. Two of our bandmates, Jude and Carson, began their next big endeavor. We began to write and record our first-ever album “Flower” as soon as we could.

After releasing “Flower”, it went platinum—in our hearts—and kept us motivated to write and release new music.

Since, we’ve released three singles and played our dream childhood venues. We are dropping an album, Hibiscus, on June 16th! We wish to spread our passion for music, love, and spirit wherever our feet (and instruments) take us!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Tucson is an exciting and upbeat place. Some notable venues would be Club Congress, 191 Toole, Thunder Canyon Brewery, Rialto, and the Landing. Not only do each of these venues bring good vibes and fun, but the staff never fail to be some of the most kind people out there.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We dedicate our shoutout to Tucson music venues!
