We had the good fortune of connecting with Pete & Richelle Nassos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pete & Richelle, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our success and the success of our brand is that we are truly in this for the people first and our product second! The community has come to feel and see our authenticity and as a result we are crushing life with the people who love pickleball.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My husband and I are entrepreneurs; in English that means we are both a little crazy. We are willing to take risks that most are not willing to take and we have the drive and commitment to do what most don’t feel that they can accomplish on their own. We got where we are today by believing in ourselves simply put. It has not been easy at all and there are days (since we are human) that we want to quit; but when we dial it in and realize this is all us and we have put everything on the line & that our kids are watching lol…. we dust ourselves off and get at it again and again. You ask what we have learned along the way. We have learned that if it was easy everyone would do it like anything else worth wanting or having in life. What do we want the world to know about our brand or story you ask. I would say; just believe & know that you can do anything you put your mind to; sounds so cliche I know. But it’s true. I would say the one thing we can improve at is what we tell our kids to do all the time…”be where your feet are.” As entrepreneurs you have NO one else to blame, so I feel we are always running in a million different directions and sometimes we forget to pause. Life is precious and we are a work in progress for sure.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oh gosh great question. Pete and I are pretty simple people. We don’t have a big fancy restaurant to suggest or any fancy place. We would probably suggest a good hike, a day in the city, possibly some pickleball and a good strong coffee and watch our beautiful Arizona sunsets.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We credit all of what we do to our parents for setting a strong, ethical & Godly example and our good Lord for guiding us, keeping us healthy and giving us the insight, will and drive to want to be an entrepreneur.
