We had the good fortune of connecting with Rebecca Pinkham and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rebecca, what do you attribute your success to?
I rely heavily on the expertise of my PA, Kate Grimm, and that of the team we have created together.

Without the superior talents, skill sets, and innovations brought forth by these such power women, my brand wouldn’t have the capabilities it does today to affect so many in our immediate and surrounding communities.

I also have to thank the kindness, trust, and support of many businesses, families, friends, and strangers, who gave me the opportunities I asked for when I was first beginning this journey.

Grit & gumption and a whole lot of gratitude.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What I find most special about what I do is the people who choose me to work for them.

Every individual; every experience, is so wildly different than every other, and yet somehow with so many similarities. I find it a privilege that I get to not only hear and seek-to-understand these women’s stories and their reasons for wanting my work, but to get be a part of the end goal.

I’m challenged and rewarded constantly- I love it!

If there’s anything I could want the world to know about my brand, it would be that we are absolute chameleons.

My team is feral when it comes to empowerment; we stop at nothing to either become, create, or locate the perfect resource for whatever your need may be — and we’re damn good at it.

My advice to anyone is: jump.

Don’t wait. Don’t overthink it. Don’t try to find the perfect moment. Act on instinct and learn to trust yourself. Hold yourself far more accountable than you’d hold anyone else, separate hopes from expectations, and never assume.

Work really hard, do good things, and give a lot.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Although popular and high-traffic, photographing in Sedona (anywhere) is magical.

It doesn’t matter what you’re looking to capture, the colors; the lighting; the trails; the warm textures all create limitless utopian possibilities!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To my son, Thomas, for whom all of my motivation to succeed is sourced and spirited. And to my Michael, who has fortified my forever dreams and propelled my evolution.
