Meet Rechelle Trejo, RN | Owner & Aesthetic Provider of AURI Aesthetics

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rechelle Trejo, RN and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rechelle, what do you attribute your success to?
Hands down my team is the most important factor behind the success of Auri. I am a huge believer in the potential of others and how that potential can exponentially expound far beyond the boundaries of a single person. Each member of my team is unique in their personalities, interests and natural talents. I see this as an asset as we allow each other to use their unique attributes to shine and bring greater recognition to themselves and Auri. I do not believe that we rise by pushing other beneath us. Contrarily, I believe that by helping others around us rise, we cannot help but rise ourselves. Auri is a place where each individual in the team is supported, encouraged and given a voice and autonomy to grow.
The next most important factor would be our results. Patients come back time and time again, they refer their family and friends because they know they will get the best care and best results with each and every one of the members of our team. Every time.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
All of the treatments we offer at AURI require a medical license to administer them. We take that very seriously and each patient with their individual needs and wants are considered while respecting individual nuances.
I felt it was important to incorporate our medical roots into our business name. Most medical terminology has its roots in Latin. Heme means blood. Osteo means bone. However, we also needed to have fun with this amazing, fun and artistic industry of aesthetics.
So AURI means GOLD in Latin. Our slogan is Stay Gold, meaning stay natural and true to your authentic self. Our providers are all firm believers in results that enhance the positive, minimize the not so great, and always respecting the individual. Natural results are results that leave you looking refreshed and feeling great, but that no one else would be able to pin point what exactly was done.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love the outdoors (unless it is during our 120’ summers) and would highly recommend some of the amazing local hiking. For the hiking enthusiasts- Flat Iron is a great option with gorgeous panoramic views of the valley. For a more mellow hike, the Wave Cave is a fun destination hike.
I love trying new restaurants and am constantly finding new favorites – and not always the most well known. Some of my current favorites are Buck and Rider in Phoenix and Shimogamo in Chandler.
I love practicing yoga and Yoga Spot in Gilbert is my go to studio. If yoga just isn’t your thing, then Train Insane in Chandler just might be.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The aesthetic industry can be difficult to find a place to begin, grow as have the support to thrive. I am grateful for our Medical Director, Brenden McRae MD, for his willingness to support our initial growth and learning from his medical practice, and then allow us to begin a new phase of aesthetics at AURI while still supporting and encouraging us.
We care deeply about our patients and they are our individual top priority. Because of this, all of the providers at AURI have a deep desire to continue to learn, train and improve upon the services and treatments we offer, while providing optimal patient safety and quality of care. There are countless individuals in this industry who have generously shared their knowledge and insights with our team to help us become some of the best practicing providers in the state.
