We had the good fortune of connecting with Savanna Lefebvre and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Savanna, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Creativity and passion are at the center of everything I do. I grew up with a crafty mother and grandmother who inspired me to pursue jobs that allowed creativity and expression. After high school, I earned my license in Cosmetology and Barbering and became certified as a Master Makeup Artist. I thought I was living the dream when I became a manager at a beauty salon, doing what I loved best. But Covid-19 had other plans for me.
I let my creative side of me take over and I started making candles, lotions, and bath soaks as a hobby, but it quickly morphed into the Glamour Witch Boutique! I now am able to add value to many more individuals’ lives by creating a harmonious mix of spirituality, creativity, and love, into each handmade product.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
While my journey has been exciting and fulfilling, I have also experienced mountains of self-doubt and a lack of self-confidence. Just like most people, I struggled to know how to navigate these feelings. At Glamor Witch Boutique, we focus on the physical, mental, and emotional sides of self-care, because we know that your soul needs nourishing just as much as your body.
As a Pagan, I practice Magick and herbal medicine and I love finding new ways to incorporate that into the products my customers love. Each handmade product is filled with passion and dedication from its early concept stages to the final product. Intertwining unique scents, witch motifs, and intentions, each product brings personality and charm to every home.
We make vegan, cruelty-free self-care products that make you feel good both inside and out.
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients and clean fragrance oils.
(Always phthalate and paraffin free with no carcinogenic dyes – we call that poison…)
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of my favorite local spots is the Sicilian Butcher. They have the best food and great service. My husband and I also enjoy doing Escape Rooms, and there’s so many to do here in Phoenix. If you haven’t done one yet, I highly suggest trying one!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to dedicate a big part of this shoutout to my husband Zachary. Without him, I wouldn’t be able to have Glamour Witch Boutique. Not only is he always encouraging me when it gets stressful, but he’s also there to help when I need it. I am so grateful to have a partner who believes in me and my vision. I also want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who’s supported me on this journey. Amazing friends, family, and customers like you are the reason we can continue crafting!
