We had the good fortune of connecting with Sidney Kile and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sidney, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I was growing up, I had aspirations to become law enforcement. I began on that path but then quickly had a momment where I boilded down why I wanted to become law enforcement.. Was it to really play around with A badge? The answer to that was no. — The reason I wanted to become Law Enforcment was to have a dramatic postive impact on my comunity. I realized I could achieve the same mission with A Security Guard Company.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I own a Security Guard company that has offices in 6 states, and 400 employees.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A ride in my helicopter.
