We had the good fortune of connecting with Tanja Rosa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tanja, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Passion and consistency are the most important factors behind my success. I am very grateful that I may do what I love to do. My passion keeps me inspired, motivated and drives me towards my goals. Consistency is another, very important factor for success in my business. My clients come in expecting the same high standards and always a good experience when they come see me at my skin care practice. My ultimate goal is to keep my clients happy and happy clients will return.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I set myself apart from the competition by being consistently focused on one thing: my clients. I put great focus striving to exceed my client’s expectations, which develops trust and loyal clientele. My business is niche focused. I offer advanced holistic anti-aging facials and acne-solutions for teens and adults. I believe in natural corrective skin care, modern modalities, professional development, and improving my skills in order to deliver the absolute best results for my clients. It was not always easy when I first opened my business in 2019. I was still working full-time at my former job. One year later, I finally made the decision to overcome my fears and leave my job. Since I was able to put all my focus in my business, it didn’t take very long for it take off. This was definitely one of the best decisions I had ever made.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My best friends and family are living in Germany and if they would come to visit I would be proud to show them the beauty of Arizona! I would take them to see some of the most amazing spots in nature. From the Grand Canyon to the Havasu Falls and Sedona there is so much to see, I know they would love it! I’d also like to introduce them to delicious authentic mexican food in Tucson and would stroll with them thru Tucson’s beautiful downtown. A hike to the Camelback Mountain and Old Town Scottsdale would be also on the must-do list for fun!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Yes! I would like to thank my family and friends, especially my husband for their ongoing support. 2020 was a tough year for most people. I had to relocate and reopen my business during the pandemic and couldn’t have done it without the encouragment and love I received.
