We had the good fortune of connecting with T-Lee McLaughlin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi T-Lee, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When I first considered starting my own business as a social media influencer, it was a culmination of several key factors that guided my thought process. The first was identifying a gap in the market; I realized that while there was a plethora of content on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, very few influencers were effectively combining elements of technology, personal development, and health into a cohesive brand experience.

My personal passions played a significant role in this decision. I’ve always been enamored by technology and have a deep-rooted love for personal development and wellness. This unique blend of interests provided me with a niche that not only fulfilled me creatively but also resonated with a specific audience hungry for this type of content.

Before diving headfirst into the business, I took calculated steps to validate my idea. I started by releasing sample content across different platforms and closely monitored user engagement and feedback. The metrics were encouraging, and I started building a community that not only consumed my content but also actively participated in discussions and challenges I set up, further validating the need for my unique offering.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art , Creating videos with YouTube and other content creation is very unique from a typical business or job. I love the art of short film making, story telling and more. it’s very freeing being able to express myself through short videos and let the world know who I am! Im most proud of all the obstacles I overcame and didn’t give up when things got hard. Im also proud of how quickly and organically I was able to grow my following.

No it was not easy! not one bit, but it is worth it. I overcame the challenges by staying focused and the help of my boyfriend Jaden sprinz who also does content creation!

Im always learning new lessons along the way, mainly to never stop going because anything is possible.
I want the world to know I followed my heart , and no matter what the future holds I will stay true to myself and my supporters!
