We had the good fortune of connecting with TallNFierce and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi TallNFierce, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
As a parent I believe the most important thing I’ve done that has made an impact on my children is move them to a better environment. We moved from Milwaukee WI in May 2021 and they really love the fact that it’s beautiful, always sunny and warm here. Of course they miss their family but they see how Mommy has been thriving in her business, showing them all the things to do and many opportunities available. Making the transition a little easier.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I inspire Women through fashion & lifestyle encouraging them to walk unapologetically in their purpose bringing out their inner Queen. Weekly I blog about my journey and challenges I’ve faced and overcame as a single mom and full time entrepreneur who moved across the world. Daily I put into practice wellness activities for my personal development to becoming the best version of myself so I can share with the world. I would be lying if I said it was easy getting here I mean the secret is to never give up on yourself. I’ve taken many breaks and had to press reset and rebrand myself so many times but I will say I’ve come out better and better each time. Life will get hard and it’s okay, once you realize you are not alone and your able to wake up to another 24 hours you have a chance to TRY AGAIN! Lessons I’ve learned along the way is that it’s important to be consistent and hold myself accountable for my actions there’s nothing worst than playing victim in life you’ll forever be stuck and wonder why things aren’t happening the way you want. I’m forever grateful for everything especially for this life changing opportunity I’ve been presented with to collab with SheInX I’ll be featured as a creative designer for the upcoming fall/ winter 22” season, the secret is OUT!! So when it drop make sure you all to go shop and support. You can keep up with me on Instagram @tallnfierce and on my website at www.TallNFierce.com!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m still new to Phoenix, I have many places to visit myself however my family will be here in May we will be visiting The museum, a few golf courses in the area, and some not so difficult mountains for a hike my grandparents love to golf and do outdoor activities. We have to stop by the Mall and a few stores my mom and grandma loves to shop. Places to eat that I enjoy is Lolo’s chicken and waffles in Scottsdale, I’m on the hunt for some good vegan restaurants so that I can fully transition over. The rest I know I’ll find on Instagram and eventbrite.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
1st I would like to give Honor and praise to the Man above for bringing me this far. Shoutout to my Late granny Earline she instilled the importance of having a relationship with God and creativity for fashion in me. Shoutout to my entire village from my grandparents to my parents for believing in me even when they didn’t fully support some of my decisions. My brothers, my sister in GA. My cousins here in AZ. My TLC coaches that taught me so much about personal development and how important it is to take care of myself in order to find true success and to show Her off to the world unapologetically. For the many wonderful people that I’ve come close within a short period of time living in AZ including my business coach who has helped me find direction and structure in my businesses along side a Special guy in my life who has my back and I believe is truly heaven sent … Super shoutout to my children for standing along side mommy on this journey called life making it worth while and more meaningful.
