We had the good fortune of connecting with Vincent Chacon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vincent, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
Since I have been in the industry, which began 10 years ago I have noticed a shift in people coming into the trade. It takes a lot of time earning your educational experience as well as on the job training and the shift has been less and less people interested in the trades. It seems they are migrating over to more technical positions which limits the opportunity to service more of the community.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets our company apart is that we are owner operators, brothers and have 3 ROCs. What we are most excited about is that we have started to gain traction in the commercial contracting world. What got me here today is realizing that I could not run and operate a business while working in the field. We did not borrow any money to start our business or have any investors help us so we have had many ups and downs along the way. We have mainly overcome several obstacles by building great relationship and learning valuable lessons along the way. Putting leans on jobs to ensure we receive prompt payment after invoicing and invoicing sooner rather than allowing too much time after the job was completed.
We would like the world to know that if you stay true to hard work and dedication than anything is possible. With that being said please keep a look out for Complete Maintenance Pros. LLC as we are on the rise.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Tempe, AZ would be where I would entertain family and friends. You can take a hike up A mountain and then walk down Mill Avenue for a bite or a drink. You can also do some paddle boating on Tempe Town Lake or take an hour and a half road trip North to Payson, AZ for some fishing or creek swimming.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Honestly our family! Big shout out to all of our family, they have played a huge roll in our success and my brother and I are truly grateful for each and every one of them.
