I initially wanted to help other men who may be struggling with their mental health like I struggled within isolation. I started Life Coaching for men and that’s when I realized just how hard it is for men to speak up and be vulnerable about their struggles and seek help in the healing that they very desperately need in order to elevate their lives and become more self aware and emotionally intelligent. So I broadened my scope with the intention of helping men and started a nonprofit organization that called in like-minded souls to help find a solution. I was working a corporate real-estate job as a paper pusher and was unhappy due to the high demand and stress (during COVID-19, and the real estate market was hot-hot-hot!) The time I felt happiest during that period of life was cooking elaborate meals for my husband and friends. I have always felt comfortable while standing in front of the stove; the whole process of cooking is very meditative.
