Golf has really impacted our lives in such a positive way. Especially during the pandemic, our mental health took a big hit as we were forced to stay indoors and not socialize with others. Being in Canada for the majority of the time, we didn’t have a lot of positive thoughts. One of the first things that opened was golf, and it gave us an escape from the pandemic and the negative thoughts.
